Overview
Accurate and precise monitoring of DC and AC currents with high bandwidth, low noise and negligible drift.
The 0-FLUCS (0-FLUx Current Sensor) current transducer family is based on a closed loop technology that allows reaching best-in-class performance for a variety of applications.
The CT-1000 transducers are rated at a at maximum bipolar primary current of 1000A with a transform ratio of 1:2000.
Galvanic isolation between the primary and the secondary circuits allows to measure currents at a different potential and simplifies interfacing when using the 0-FLUCS as the feedback element of current regulated power supplies.
Output from the CT-1000 transducers can be chosen between two different versions: secondary current output or buffered voltage output (low temperature coefficient shunt resistor and low-noise amplifier are embedded in the device).
Main characteristics of the 0-FLUCS current transformers are negligible temperature coefficient on the secondary output current, excellent linearity and extremely low noise.
DC current transformers represents the ideal replacement for systems where Hall-effect sensors are used as current sensing elements and better performances are needed.
0-FLUCS exclusive technology allows the user to obtain performances which cannot be reached with other current sensing techniques.

0-FLUCS Exclusive Technology – An Overview
Ideal for EV, battery testing, current calibration, AC mains monitoring and precision power supplies.
Main application fields for these current transducers are all the ones where the accuracy and precision of the current measurement is critical:
- battery testing and characterization (EV);
- calibration setups;
- test stands;
- precise AC mains monitoring;
- extremely stable regulated power supplies;
- power inverters.
Due to the excellent characteristics, the CT-1000 transducers can be used in a variety of calibration, acceptance testing and quality control applications in industrial, power generation and automotive fields.
Commercially available versions of the CT-1000 current transformers are the current-output CT-1000 and the respective voltage-output version CT-1000V. A LED indicating the correct operation of the device is present on all versions.
Combine it with the low-noise PS1215 for optimal performance or use the CT-BOX-1000!
The CT-1000 can be used with the dedicated PS1215 low-noise AC-DC power supply available in two different versions differing by their cablings: take a look at versions dedicated to the current-output and the voltage-output current transducer series on the PS1215 product page.
For a complete measurement solution, the CT-1000 is part of the CT-BOX-1000 system, a complete solution for monitoring bipolar current up to 1000 A.
